The Madison is a condominium, not an apartment community. Since each of the homes is privately owned, rental prices, upgrades, and furnishings vary accordingly. The Madison has 1- 2- and 3- bedroom floor-plans. There are some pet restrictions (no large docs or vicious breeds) and there is usually a pet deposit required. Credit checks are usually required and the Master Association also requires a criminal background check.

OWNERS

If you’re an owner looking to rent out your Madison condo, please note that the minimum rental period is 7 months – per Orange County. However, most leases are for a year. Short term and AirBnB style rentals are strictly prohibited.
